How to place an order
Placing an order is very straightforward with Paper Willow. Our wedding stationery is organised into themed collections where you will find all types of wedding stationery.
You can conveniently order and pay for all of your stationery using our online shop. We are UK based but deliver internationally.
We are not a large company; every order is given individual care and attention. If you want to chat to us first, please just get in touch. We understand that sometimes it is good to make contact with a human before you place an order.
Find the stationery type you need from your favourite collection, for example save the date cards in the Spring Flowers Collection.
Select what you need from the options given, for example envelope colour and single or double sided cards.
If you choose coloured envelopes you can let us know what colour you want and we will do our best to get them for you.
Add the quantity you need to your basket.
Upgrades to your stationery can be added below.
Note that many items have a minimum order quantity of 20. This is because we have to cover the design time to set up your stationery.
You can also add a message with your text on this page but most customers choose to complete our online form after they have placed their order.

If you want to add these things to your order, put the quantity you need into your basket.
Once you have added everything you need to your basket, place your order via the checkout.
If you have ordered wedding invitations, you can then complete the online form with your wedding information.
For all other items, we will contact you by email to request your text.
A digital proof will be provided via email for you to review.
